Have you ever been told you are an old soul?
I have.
I took being called an old soul as complimentary …
Yet I didn’t phantom it’s implication.
what does "Old Soul" signify?
Ralph will share his perspective on Emotional Energy Healing and Growth based on his experience as a counselor and mentor. He will use his experience and his study of life based on his paradigm of the Trinity of Emotional Energy. He will share his thoughts and insights from the Quantum revolution of Psychology.

Thank. you
My name is Ralph M Ferraro. Thank you for taking the time to explore my approach to psychotherapy.
From early on in my life I was fascinated by psychology … how do people make life choices ? What makes people chose maladaptive patterns? The question, can a person change their life from negative patterns to positive fulfilling behavior? How can people form positive relationships?
I spent my grammar school in a catholic school. While in grammar school I was on the School Safety patrol to help children cross the street. I
always volunteered for the four lane road four blocks from the school to help children and parents cross a high volume roadway..
During my youth their were many men and women who inspired me to serve others.
As I got older I chose the field of social work, not to give people money but to help them gain control of their life and feel fulfillment.
I worked my. way through graduate school for a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work degree and an Advanced certificate in Clinical Social Work. I am licensed in New York with over 46 years of experience. I have helped clients as a therapist and as a mentor.
I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, management of anger and difficult emotions. Interestingly most problem areas centered not around intellect but around difficulty dealing with emotions.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings and history can be shared without fear of judgment.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. It takes courage to explore the first steps towards change, toward growth.
Thanks to developments in quantum psychology, I help a client understand 1) they are not a mistake, 2) they are not locked into behavior or experiences of the past 3) they can change to a more positive lifestyle.
I am here to support & empower you in that journey. ~.
I specialize in helping a client in the areas of Breathing and meditation ~ nature walks and photography to help client makes changes in their life. I
I also employ techniques from Gottman about positive communication, team building vs destructive communication
If a client is able to be open to spiritual dimension, I help them understand how to use spiritual energy (connection with the powers of the universe)

Have you noticed there are a lot of places on the internet offering training to be some kind of fully credentialed therapist . Back in the day, mental health or addiction treatment centers were offered as part of a hospital system of care,
So what was my client talking about.
"I am" is a powerful assertion… is it not?
How do we invite a person to embrace “I AM”
How do we invite a person into a working relationship
To discover who “I Am” is?
To discover the mission/purpose of “I Am”?
November 11th a day to remember
It certainly a day to remember men and women who gave genously to protect our country.
Many gave Their life to serve others. When looking at the instruments of war and the horrible consequences of these instruments, it is important to remember the people who put themselves in the path of these instruments to stop the horrible behavior of people who were abusive on a world scale.
I have a 2nd reason to remember November 11th.
Who is the first person that you meet when you awake?
Is it the reflection that you encounter from the mirror in the bathroom?
What do you see in the reflection ?
WHO IS FIST most important Relationship
Biologically our first relationship is within the womb of the woman who conceived us.
Kind of a mixture of genes and personality elements of both father and mother.
Psychically, Once we are born and engaged in life adventures there is someone Elst we need to develop a relationship with. No not mom, not dad, not first sweetheart. ...
I am a therapist
not the usual therapist
I don’t use the terms of the current diagnostic manual
I don’t study the person from the outside and try to readjust the inside.
My style is a combination of the Ancient Greek method, Asian (yin yang) and the modern quantum method.
I came across an article by a Rabbi titled "The Hebrew word for "soul" will blow your mind"
by Rabbi Simon Jacobson at Meaningful Life Center
The Rabbi said the word for Breathe and soul are linked.
The Creative Source created life by blowing Breathe into the human form ... hence giving our physical body Spirit ... Life .., Energy ... the connection with the Divine.
makes a lot of sense
Blends well with quantum energy
Valentines day is coming up.
What is the magic sauce?
What is the great gift of Valentines day?
The great gift is not in the store
or in the bakery.
It doesn’t have to be expensive
The great gift is being warm, being affectionate with the person that you love.
Ask yourself … Do I want to build a team with this person?
Can I give my vulnerability to this person?
Can I allow my feelings to softly touch this person?
Can I receive the love and warmth of this person?
A pastry or a flower could be a simple sign of your love or your caring
Are you willing to give to that person?
Ah but wait … In order to give the magic sauce,
you need to love yourself first.
You need to do some deep breaths. It is important to be comfortable in the silence, in the company of yourself.
You need to love yourself and be confident that you are valuable.
Enjoy the love of valentine day

Pause …
Client continued “I am glad that I didn’t cancel … the feedback that you gave me is hinting at how I can solve some issues that I am working on.”
The issues had to do with personal relationships and work challenges.
I feel good when I can use the talents that Source gave me to help someone with their life issues.
Did we start our day with ourselves?
Did we take time to breathe? to connect with our essence?
Did we take the time to ask Source how we wanted our day to unfold?
Those few moments of silence - of being with ourselves can allow us to cope with life events.
May the Source of all bring comfort to the people who are grieving the loss. S

Have we lost the art of silence?
Have we lost the art of seeing what is not visible?
Have we lost the beauty and the art of a single photograph
In therapy practice, many clients enjoy and employ the Technique of controlled breathing.
They. Are able to manage 3 to 6 breaths.
They may use the breath several times during the course of a day.
They find deep conscious breathing helps them. It relaxes them. It helps to center them. It helps them chose a course of action.
Then they stop
It is as if they are anxious about looking deeper
How many things do you see …objects, shades of color, etc.?
In the photo, do You see the beauty? Is The beauty in the shape, in the tone of the color, in the seeing discrete elements? Is the beauty separate from us, separate from Source?
Are all the elements part of the “Eye of the I: from which nothing is hidden.”(title of Dr Hawkins book)? The I from which nothing is hidden replaces the concept of ego.
Dr Hawkins in his book deemphasizes the concept of the ego, and it’s cousins the id, the superego and superego ideal.
He indicates the beauty may be between the elements, between the colors. If not between the elements perhaps inclusive of the elements and the space between. He goes further, the beauty that we observe includes not only the space but us and the Source.
Powerful words, in the moment, in the experience. Powerful words to erase anxiety. Powerful words to understand how we fit in. Powerful words to reflect our connection with the unseen, the Spirit, the Source, the Eye of the I.
I highly recommend Dr Hawkins book, “the eye of the I: from which nothing is hidden.”
