WHO IS FIST most important Relationship
Biologically our first relationship is within the womb of the woman who conceived us.
Kind of a mixture of genes and personality elements of both father and mother.
Psychically, Once we are born and engaged in life adventures there is someone Elst we need to develop a relationship with. No not mom, not dad, not first sweetheart. ...
As an adult many people face the question of who am I, what is my purpose.
These questions can only be answered when we come to grips with the question “Who am I”
Robert Greene in his book on Mastery, suggests that we all have within us a seed that partially answers the question who are we, what is our purpose. The seed is within everyone. It is a combo of our special talents and qualities.
This knowledge does not come to us via tic tock, instagram or the news flashes of world events.
If not how do we obtain this knowledge?
We also don’t get this info from school, religion, sports, or other avenues of social exchange.
So how do we obtain the info about the seed, who we are, what our purpose is?
The key to finding this seed is to develop a relationship with ourself.
We Need to be quiet … listen to our breath. Breath is the life force within us.
Listening to the breath reveals a mixture of Conscious emotional energy elements and unconscious elements of who we are.
It is important to be in love with ourselves in a healthy way. To allow ourselves to be who we are.
Our internal voice will reveal the details of the seed, the details of who we are, the purpose of our being on the planet.
While societal elements. Parents, religion, schools can be helpful in our quest to discover ourselves, they can also be distractions. We can get a better understanding of how they can be distractions by reading Napoleon Hills book “Outwitting the devil: Secrets of Freedom and Success.”
We are not isolated entities that kind of happened and wound up on our big blue marble (the earth)
We are part of the creative process of the universe. Being part of the creative universe connects us with the second internal voice.
The second internal voice is that of “I Am Who Am” the creative source of the universe.
By being quiet and listening to both voices, we will learn who we truly are and what our purpose is.
Listening to both voices and discovering our essence and purpose will help us shape relationships with family, with sweethearts and all others.
If we chose not to be quiet, not to listen to the internal voices, not to be who we are, we will stumble on relationships with others.
Sometimes we think the first significant relationship is with a romantic interest. We might be attracted to that person. We may feel that our love is so strong it can correct whatever distortions or trauma the person Experienced. We might feel that the romantic interest might fill in the answer to who we are or what our purpose might be. Expecting someone else to define who we are, what our purpose is leads to a costly detour.
Best way to listen to the inner voices:
Take 6 deep breaths
Hold each breath for a second and then release
Sitting quietly for 10-20 minutes and be receptive to the inner voices.
Or
Walk in nature or by a body of water, focus on the beauty of nature.
Be appreciative of the beauty
Be still and listen
