at Fordham's Center on Religion and Culture on Wednesday evening.

Elaine Pagels, Harrington Spear Paine Foundation Professor of Religion at Princeton University discussed: Apocalypse from the perspective of the "book of Revelations - which concerns itself not with the end of the world but an ending of the old and beginning of the new


 Andrew Delbanco, director of American studies at Columbia University discussed American, European and Eastern culture as related to the idea of Apocalype.


J. Hoberman, film critic, discussed Apocalypse from the perspective of various films.
