Dr. Joe Dispenza, in his book, “ Breaking the habit of being yourself," indicated that being “… fully engaged in the flow … the environment, the body and time all seem immaterial …. ”  Being fully engaged, mindful, is necessary to be in a state of full positive consciousness.
