LIFE is like a CAMERA IN MANY WAYS

LIFE is like a CAMERA
IN MANY WAYS

  1. It is definitely necessary to focus on the image ...  on what you want to create.
  2. Use the histogram (meditation and your emotions) to feel whether your image is what you want to express or experience
  3. Develop (use your intellectual energy) to process and adjust the image or experience (Not Photoshop, Not Manipulation).
  4. The negatives in life develop a contrast which will enable you to crop out unwanted elements and select desired elements in your image or experience.
  5. If exposure needs adjusting (use emotions to facilitate allowing) adjust the settings to bring your photo into full color, into a beautiful experience, a beautiful work of art.
  6. Most important, don't forget to open the shutter (be open to the experience).
  7. No image is possible if the shutter isn't snapped - even when you've experienced trauma or illness ... Healing ... Moving forward can't happen unless you actively open the shutter to capture the image or experience.
