Professor Ferraro encouraged Graduates and their families to feel the Joy of their accomplishments and celebrate throughout the week.

He also encouraged them to use the knowledge they gained from Globe Institute of Technology as tools in their career. He stressed the need to use their most precious tools of "being able to think," and "being able to feel," to guide them in their application of the knowledge that they gained in college.

Professor Ferraro encouraged the students to now invest in themselves through meditation. He stressed the need for each student to know the answer to the following questions:

  1. Who  am I?
  2. What are my special talents and skills that are unique to me?
  3. How can I apply my special talents and skills to achieve my goals of prosperity?
His closing remarks advised students  to follow their desires and be passionate about their careers and relationships. Being passionate about your careers and your relationships is essential to finding happiness and being able to serve both yourself and others.
