IN MANY WAYS
- It is definitely necessary to focus on the image ... on what you want to create.
- Use the histogram (meditation and your emotions) to feel whether your image is what you want to express or experience
- Develop (use your intellectual energy) to process and adjust the image or experience (Not Photoshop, Not Manipulation).
- The negatives in life develop a contrast which will enable you to crop out unwanted elements and select desired elements in your image or experience.
- If exposure needs adjusting (use emotions to facilitate allowing) adjust the settings to bring your photo into full color, into a beautiful experience, a beautiful work of art.
- Most important, don't forget to open the shutter (be open to the experience).
- No image is possible if the shutter isn't snapped - even when you've experienced trauma or illness ... Healing ... Moving forward can't happen unless you actively open the shutter to capture the image or experience.
