I've heard a rumor that Spring is coming.

This image is on a store gate on Broadway in the 20's.
Size it is probably 12' high x 20' long.
A duplicate image is on West 38th st. near the corner of 7th Ave, about three floors up on the side of the building. The duplicate is easily visible from the corner of 7th and W 38th - just look up and to the right.

Connections or the Disconnect & the issue of Faith & Growth

The BBC in their A Point of View magazine, had articles that had to do with tyrants, art, beauty, fictional characters, technology and touch.[i] I found the articles interesting, thought provoking and related in themes.

It seemed to me that that each article touched on the theme that people have lost a connection with each other, with their purpose, with Source Energy.

The articles reminded me of an event that I had observed.

Sunday Chilly morning.

Yesterday at the crack of dawn … before the sun came up …

A flash of insight came to me …

Thomas & I got on the 5:59 RR and headed into the city.

By the time we got to St Francis of Assisi, the breadline was already long.

Chris, the man in charge, told us that people had been waiting on line before 6:00.

It was Cold and windy … well below freezing.

What insight could I find while freezing my hands, head and other appendages off?

When you have a couple that is made up of two people who are in love, there is a beautiful day of appreciating each other. Both people have brought their strengths and talents to the relationship and now are both 2 people and 1 couple (Fuzzy math at it’s best).

In the seemingly crazy world in which we live, Two people in love are certainly something to celebrate. What if the other, the sweetheart is missing?

Invited to be a Judge in A Toastmasters Speech Contest

I was honored to be invited to be a contest judge at the Nichi Bei, Bilingual Toastmasters Club.
The Club consisted of a great group  of people who presented a great contest. Each category had two speakers.
The two winners presented very well.
The Test speaker presented very well.
The Competitors were disqualified because they went overtime.

LegalShield CDLP Training

Yesterday, my son Thomas & I completed a five hour 
LegalShield CDLP training.
We are now Certified by LegalShield to market the CDLP legal plan to commercial drivers.
Kimberly Ferris, Esq gave us a great training.

Kimberly instructed us on the details of the CDLP service; and gave us tips from her vast experience in providing the services.
Aside from the technical information she demonstrated her commitment and passion to help people.

Review of the film "American Sniper"

Review of “American Sniper”[i]

I saw some comments criticizing the film because it might not represent the true Chris Kyle, that there may be a darker side to Chris. Another criticism was that the film might inspire anti-Islamic violence. Having viewed the film, I believe it is easy to dismiss  both negative remarks.

Clint Eastwood masterfully blends several stories that are real – that are very human and sensitively portrayed. 

LegalShield Group Training

I completed the LegalShield Group (Employee) training on Saturday, January 31st.
The training lasted 1.5 days.
It consisted of learning the procedures to enroll employees within a company as a group.

During the training, each participant had to do two presentations.
