In my Psychology of Relationship Class, we discuss
how words, behavior and the essential energies of thinking and feeling are
either congruent or not.
Abraham this AM, gives an interesting perspective:
"Words do not
teach at all.
It is life experience that brings you your knowing. ..."

Could it also be
that words confuse and mask our experiential feeling and thinking? So that words create images of an Ego-Ideal [Freud], that is, an image that we want others to think is real, yet the image is only an intellectual construct, not congruent with our feelings nor our thinking nor our inner being. The image is an illusion that puts us in a neutral comfort zone. The illusion also creates true barriers to that which we seek ... happiness ... true interactive nonjudgmental ... creative relationships.

If this is so, what is the value of words?
Do words clarify? Do words create understanding?
Does receptive experience bring clarity - accepting on a deeper level of knowledge.
Is it more significant to listen and be receptive
on a vibrational, experiential level?
Does listening on a vibrational level bring us
closer to being ourselves?
Does Vibrational listening, allow us to be in more
genuine and fulfilling relationships?
Can meditation, rhythmic breathing allow us to
being honest, open,
And allow us to hear
sense, experience the true vibrational essence of the
other, of their communication?
Can Meditation … connection with source, allow us
to leave the comfort of the shielded box of our comfort zone?
It seems to me that Experience, true communication require
us to leave the comfort of our ego-ideal. We need to risk hearing the
vibrations and allow the other to move closer or to remain at a distance
without judging or creating a “pissing contest.”
Please let me know your thoughts or feel free to
ask questions.
