I am sure, all of
us as human beings have in the past felt down, have been troubled by anxiety, or problems of various types.
We may have felt trapped by the Tsunamis of
“Bad new” that reach crescendo proportions as we continue to monitor the
news or perhaps it would be more accurate to say monitor the catalogs of
negative energy events that we are bombarded with every day.
Given the
amplification of negative energy that we are subjected to, Pharrell Williams is
correct when he says
“It
might seem crazy what I’m about to say
Sunshine she’s here, you can take a break …
Because I’m happy …”
It seems as I talk to people that proclaiming we are happy
almost appears crazy.
Happiness is internal, comes from connection with Self and
with Source Energy. It is important to seek and manifest happiness from inside
of ourselves no matter what, even in the midst of tragedy.
“Here come bad news talking this and
that, yeah, …”
I believe he is correct that happiness has nothing to do
with the proliferation of negative external events that take place in the
world. Being happy arises from a spiritual center within us. The sunshine
within us is our connection with Source Energy. When we are connected with
Source Energy, being unhappy seems like an act of being without faith in the
loving generosity of Source Energy and our own abilities.
Pharrell even takes a provocative stance toward the
negative energy.
He boldly states
“Well, give me all you got, and don’t
hold back, yeah,
Well, I should probably warn you I’ll
be just fine, yeah,
No offense to you, don’t waste your time… “
He beautifully puts to music some very positive energy
advice. This advice are words of wisdom for anyone who is a healer or who wants
to heal or anyone who wants to unleash their creative potential. Dr. Emoto, who is known for his study of the healing energy of water,
the power of vibrations to create or destroy, and his crystal photographs looks
at the power of positive words from a scientific perspective. Pharrell puts the
positive energy of happiness to music. My son, Thomas, got me to
listen to Pharrell and I find his music to be uplifting even when problems
arise. His music is truly a positive addicting experience. If you listen to any
of his 24 hours of happy, the music, the images and the careful editing will
definitely bring you to a happy place.
So
“Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth …
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you …”
